CAASPP Testing INFOrmation
We will begin our California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP) testing onApril 18th.
At that place are two parts to the test, English language Language Arts (ELA) and Math. The land of California likewise requires that only eighth graders besides take CAST, which is a Science portion.
- Students will be required to use their SRVUSD chromebooks as they are configured to employ the tools that support these tests. Please make certain your student'due south device is charged before arriving at schoolhouse.

ATTENDANCE POLICY
If your child will be absent for any reason, please phone call the attendance line at925-790-2599 past 9:00 am and provide the post-obit data:
- Name of Pupil (spell terminal name, slowly and conspicuously)
- Course
- Date(due south) of the Absence
- Specific reason for the Absence
- Your relationship to the Student
A phone call to the Attendance Line is required.
A Safety Message will go out to parents at x:00 AM and 6:00 PM, if your child is marked absent.
If y'all have already phoned in your child'south absence and still get the message, please disregard the message to contact the school. We may not accept been able to clear all letters by the time the automated dialer went out.
AR 5113 States that all absences which are not cleared within two days later on a educatee'southward return to school shall exist recorded as unexcused (CUT).
Student Tiffin Drib Offs
Student lunches can be dropped off in the forepart part for students to pick up at the commencement of their lunch periods. Please make certain to communicate with your pupil before school that yous will exist dropping lunch off for them so they know to choice upward their luncheon in the front role. It tin sometimes be challenging finding students during their dejeuner periods with so many students out at once.
